tonight - lobster mac and cheese and a side salad Tues - Tomato soup with grilled cheese croutons Wed - Chicken Stroganoff Thurs - out or leftovers - DH has an event Fri - Chicken and pineapple skewers over rice
Not a normal week as we have a number of social things this week.
Yesterday - pesto pasta with zucchini, fennel & mushrooms. Today - Stadium food Tuesday - chicken fajitas Wednesday - out with friend Thursday - Out (work HH for H and camera club HH for me) Friday - Cedar planked salmon with mashed potatoes. Saturday - Ribs and potato salad

I was going to (finally) do a Fresh 20 plan since this week's sounded good, but H is taking me out to dinner tomorrow and I have a friend from CA coming up on Friday and will be going to dinner with her. So, I'm back to square one.

We're kind of on a budget until we go to Vegas, but I'll tell you what we had this weekend:
Made this Saturday, DH ate it all up. We had pork stuffing with it, it was super yum. Just make sure you really season the pork chops before you sear them or they'll be bland. The gravy is yummy, though. www.food.com/recipe/slow-cook-down-home-pork-chops-and-gravy-45940
Then we had pan-sauteed (in butter) halibut with oven-roasted asparagus and steamed baby potatoes, and had hollandaise on everything (you can skip this if you want). It was delish!
