Pretty positive my H has ADHD (checks pretty much every box big time) and he is like that. He’s always been pretty into working out but he goes through long phases where he just doesn’t do it, ever. I might miss a week for one reason or another but he’ll go months. He needs a goal, like he was signed up for a tri so he was hitting the gym and CrossFit hard, sometimes both in the same day, then he injured his thumb and the same week the tri was cancelled. That was early August and he hasn’t worked out since. Lots of yoyo weight loss and gain comes along with it. When he was a college athlete he always had that as his motivator and ever since it’s just a roller coaster.
The only thing he seems to be able to be consistent with is his addiction to his work.
