I don't think one of these has been posted yet? Going to a favorite things party next week and I always love the crowd sourced inspo. Hits last year were a Laneige lip set, a swiglife insulated stemless wine cup, a $25 bottle of wine...
What I'm really loving lately is my Drybar shower cap. I am obsessed with it. It's ~$16 so I might do that plus a $10 gift but I'm not sure everyone would love the shower cap like I do?
What would you take to a $25 favorite things gift exchange?
If I could find that Revlon blow dryer brush on sale, I'd take that. There are some skin care/hair care products I love, but that stuff is so specific to someone.
I was also going to suggest the Revlon hair dryer brush. The best price I could find right now is $35, but I'm sure if you look around at sales and coupons you could probably get it closer to the budget.
Essie Expressie nail polish is also really amazing. My nails always, always chip within the first day or two. But I tried out a bottle of Essie Expressie and it looked perfect for at least a week, and fine for another week. Obviously that's not $25 but you might be able to find a gift set or package it with other nail-related things (Burt's Bees cuticle cream, a nail file, etc)
I always think Tile Trackers are a good gift exchange item, but the last time I took them to a party they were not received enthusiastically LOL. We use them on everything from our remote controls to the dog's collar, but I guess we are the outliers.
I love my Planner and would try to find a pretty one that fits in your budget.
I also love single use kitchen items, so I might do a little box or basket with things from Home Goods. Think things like an Onion Saver, Avocado Saver, Fish Scaler, Lime/Lemon Juicer, Microplane, etc.
H surprised me and David with these socks while on our Colorado trip. They are SO COMFORTABLE. I told him I want more for my stocking and I've been stealing theirs to wear around the house when mine are dirty, lol. And I'm not a socks person but these are heaven.
I got a rechargeable handwarmer last year and love it. The kind I have isn't on Amazon anymore so I don't have a specific recommendation. But you can also use it as a charger for other things.

I have one of these next weekend but ours is $20. I bought the volcano scented candle (anthropology candle). Last year I gave papermate flair pens and and a nice notebook.
Other hits were Bombas socks, a book light with Barnes and noble gift card. Adult coloring book with colored pencils.
Can someone explain what exactly smart plugs do? I need scenarios here.
I have it set so that the light in my kid's bedroom turns off automatically at "lights out" time.
Also, when I walk into the house with my hands full, I can yell at Alexa to turn on the light instead of trying to get to a lamp myself. Our house is old and doesn't really have light switches, it's all individual lamps.
I'm just following TR through this thread and agreeing with her. LOL. We also have our Christmas lights on a smart plug. We have an amazon echo in our kitchen, so I can just say "Alexa turn on/off the lights" and anything plugged into that outlet will go on/off. We used to use an old-school manual timer, but we always seemed to end up wanting them on/off during "off" times so ended up crawling under the tree anyway. The smart plug is so much easier.

For some reason I have problems with most Amazon links on this board, but I am really curious about these socks. Could you give the name/description so that I can look them up? Thanks.
