I feel like we’ve already discussed this, but I’m not coming up with anything in the search results. Things are bad here and I want to upgrade from our cloth masks.
What non-cloth masks do you like for yourself? For your kids?
We use the the Dr Puri KF94 masks. They come in two sizes for kids, and one adjustable size for adults. O (almost 5) is size small, and V (8.5) is a medium.
O's daycare provides and uses Armbrust procedure masks. They're pretty good, and they make kid sizes.
I get adult sized masks from the below link, they ship very fast and also sell a kids size that is more of a school age/small womens face size if you go into the menu. bonafidemasks.com/Powecom-kn-95/
If you want them today, Staples and Home Depot have been selling N95 (US standard, but has straps around the head) and KN95 (better filtration but the straps go around your ears so not as tight, this is a non-US standard).
My H and I have both worn the adult ones and found them comfortable. We haven’t tried the kids ones yet. My youngest is wearing a kids’ surgical mask we got in a box from Aldi.

I second the Dr Puri recommendation. My small 7.5 year old wears the size small to school. She prefers them over cloth masks at this point, and I can see why - they are really soft.

These are the two places I've been getting our masks. DS has been wearing the Bluna Facefit in small from Be Healthy the entire school year. The BOTN brand also fit him well.
I'm going to try the kids masks from Bonafide Masks next since they are a little cheaper. I've had a good experience with them for the adult KN95 masks.
I like the Shop Vida KN95 kids masks. They also send you a prepaid label to send them back to be recycled. I had to tie knots in the ear staps for BB but they also fit my face comfortably. I have a tiny face?
Thanks everyone! I ordered several styles last night and I’m going to add more tonight. Hopefully if we try enough we can find the perfect fit for each person in the family.
I do wish there was a better resource for ordering though. It seems like each supplier only stocks a couple brands.
We’ve been wearing Enro masks (cloth but seem to have good filtration). They are very comfortable and come in sizes small enough for my tiny kid and large enough for my husband’s giant head.
"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”
