I'm so mad. I thought there were 8 episodes in this season. I finished episode 7 and was all excited to watch 8 later tonight. But there is no 8. Boooooooooooooooooooooo, and I'm an idiot.

Spoliers*********
Why are the Byrde's not armed? They wanted their kids protected in the tomb and had a hunting rifle for them, like they ought to own handguns at this point. I know Marty still has morals , but people are already dead because of him.
What do you think of Agent Miller flipping the script? That was a slick move.
What do you want to see in the 2nd half of season 4?
I'd like Wendy to die in the car crash and the rest of the Byrdes to stay out of politics and the business. Charlotte should move to Chicago and live with friends. Jonah to college and Marty back to the burbs and raise Zeke.
I want Ruth to leave town with the wind blowing threw the windows and Tom Petty blaring on the radio and a fat sack of cash in her bag and a mystery to where she is going, but she has a smile on her face and the cookie jar is buckled in next to her.
I'm pretty annoyed that they opened with the car crash and it wasn't a part of this first half. It can't be the ending of the show because they're talking about going to the FBI and that's what's happening now, yes? But Jonah is with them? I don't know, I didn't like it.

I think there’s a lot more FBI to come. I think the KC Mob will come into play with this story line.
I also don’t know why the Byrd’s don’t have handguns. That doesn’t make much sense IMO.
I did not see the Wyatt and Darlene murder happening the way it did. I’m sad to see them go.

I'm glad Ruth and Frank Jr called a truce and I think they will help each other out again. I'd be ok if Ruth ends up being the one to take out Javi. It ought to be a woman that does it. I did have to laugh when Javi was in the car and passed the missing billboard for the sheriff and he had that smirk and head shake. So evil, so good.
Lol at Omar's indignation that he doesn't kill children. I did like him in parts this season, but he still just demands the impossible, it will do him good to sit in a cell for a minute.
How did Marty not see the set up with Javi waiting at Jim's for him? That is another situation where a gun strapped to his leg might have helped. He's like Andy Griffith getting out of much more dangerous situations.
Ruth tried her hardest to save Wyatt. That's why she called Frank Jr off of Darlene. Wyatt should have just skipped town with Ruth. I can understand not wanting to leave the Ozarks, his only home, but Darlene the killing machine was not in keeping with his character. If Zeke was being removed from her care he should have just high tailed it.

***spoilers***
I hate the Byrdes. They're so stupid.
I enjoyed this season but the Jonah storyline is so stupid to me. Why would they let their 14 yo son work for their enemy especially knowing that Javi is after Darlene? It doesn't make sense.

the utter lack of control Marty and Wendy have over their children is astounding!!

Can I bump this thread so we can talk about the second half? I threw myself into the second half this week as a distraction from the trauma of real life. I need to discuss it with people who have watched it!
