Friday: Off Saturday: Wandered around the grocery store and met friends for lunch Sunday: Played bikes. I was SAG support for some friends doing an 80+ mile gravel ride. That included a lot of me sitting in my car reading a book waiting for them to get to our rendezvous point. I had the cold water to refill bottles and snacks. Always snacks on a long ride. A few places I could, I walked for 10 minutes waiting for them.
Friday: Walking and PT. Saturday: 7 miles! I'm slightly over half of a half marathon. Lol. It's just over a month away. Sunday: grocery shopping, easy walk with the dog, some stretching later.
BQ: My 40s have by far been the best decade. Thanks to Lexapro and finding my people!
F: 2.5 mile hill repeats S: quick 1.5 mile run while DD was at dance S: 10K + 30 minutes basketball with DS
laterz, I agree that the 40s are the best! I’ve been on GBCN forever so I think people know me pretty well, but aside from running music is my passion. I’ve never dated a non-musician and I’m a big rock / punk / ska music fan.

BQ: I hate to cook but I love watching cooking competitions. And by hate to cook, I mean, it’s my Hs chore bc I dislike it so much, lol. But give me a good cooking competition show any day.

Fri: 3 mile run and 30 min strength Sat and Sun: 20 min walks each day, not much since we were out of town for DD's softball tournament.
BQ: I can't think of much...one of my "fun facts" is I won the state indoor archery championship in 5th grade. I don't think I touched a bow after that year.
Friday: 4 mile run, martial arts Saturday: 7.5 mile run in the rain (I love running in the rain, provided it’s not too cold). I skipped dance class bc I wasn’t feeling it, and just stayed in and lazed about most of the day while it continued to rain. So nice. Sunday: surfing
BQ: my goal last summer was to learn to surf. Still a work in progress but it’s so much fun.
