Fri: 3 mile walk Sat 6 mile walk Sun: 2 mile walk Mon: 3.5 mile run
BQ: only plan for today so far is to get a run in. We might head to the Mal - my H needs some new workout clothes. Otherwise, we’ll probably sit by the pool and relax.
Fri: 3 mile run with tabata hill sprints in the middle. Ouch. Martial arts class Saturday: slept TEN wonderful hours, rest day Sunday: nothing Monday: 10 mile run, probably yoga later
BQ: went to Coney Island for an afternoon, went to a BBQ that was surprisingly fun, today probably going to just relax in the park.
