Friday: Off-ish. Wandered around Target, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx. Saturday: Napping was hand watering the flowers (consists of me holding the hose standing still while listening to podcasts). PT approved exerise Sunday: PT approved exercise Monday: PT exersise, PT approved exercise, and a massage. Tuesday: PT approved exercise
BQ: Watermelon....but I also love potato salad, macoroni salad, cold mac and cheese, corn on the cobb, and summer foods!

Fri: 3.2 mile run, 2 miles walking Sat: 3 mile walk, hung by the pool Sun: 3.3 mile run, 2 mile walk, strength Mon: off. We’re going to a museum tomorrow. So my work out will be walking around there. Tues: 5k run, some amount of walking. Maybe more pool time.
BQ: Brats, potato salad, berries and ice cream. Oh, and margaritas. But I like those year round 😂
I did the Anchorage Marathon 2 weeks ago and OMG was it amazing. I highly recommend. Stunning scenery and about half is on a trail. I start Chicago marathon training this week. I took advantage of the extra long weekend. I’m going to add some speed work since my base is there. Any recommendations?
