Yay - Glad you are feeling better and are back in the saddle again!
Fri - 50 mins gym bike Sat - 65 mins gym bike, stretching 45 mins Sun - ran 3 mi, swam 50 laps with my girls. They have done so well with swim team this summer, I am thrilled with their improvement as swimmers. The big one and I raced a little and I learned I can still do a 25 free no breath. DD1’s friend was impressed that my old lady 50 back time would qualify for all stars for 12 year old girls. 🤣
Friday - hung out with the doggos Saturday - 5miles that were hot and sunny and not terribly fun. Sunday - went to the outdoor pool at the gym and relaxed.
I'm signed up for a 10k in october, and start a plan next week that will hopefully help me improve my speed a bit.
