Anthropologie is 30% off. I'm annoyed that a large candle I was waiting to buy for Black Friday isn't on their site and they don't do store pick up. I just can't bring myself to pay that much for a candle at full price, lol.
DS wants to do something with motorized Legos and I feel stupid but I cannot figure out what to buy, or even if that's really available to consumers vs schools or organizations in a $400+ kit. I think he's interested but not necessarily $400 interested, if anyone has advice.
I'm getting DH the Liebherr Crane. It's $100 off the Lego price on Costco right now. But if Lego does a 20% deal at some point (does this happen?), it will be a better deal at Lego. So I'm waffling.
DS1 wants the DreamZzz Mr. Oz Spacebus Lego set, and DS2 wants the Minecraft Deep Dark Battle Lego set.
Part of me wants to just buy them all now and be done, but Target often does a % off Lego at some point.
Lego is 12% back on Rakuten. There are free gifts with purchase as well if you spend over a certain amount.

What motorized sets did he mention? Would a set that has motorized parts work?

I don’t think I’ve seen her here lately but I *think* that CloudBee was the expert on these. So tagging her just in case.

I just ordered an Embark dog DNA test for $99 plus 12% back from Rakuten. My rescue is definitely mostly beagle but her tail is crazy and I want to know why. 😂

It might be the Lego mindstorm robot? My kids have one and they play with it a lot. Kohls has it for under $300
I'm on the hunt for a sensory swing for a 3 year old with special needs. This is a gift for a family we picked from the "Angel Tree," so I'm afraid I don't have any other details. I don't know a single thing about these swings so if anyone has a rec, I'd love it!
Do v bucks ever have a sale? I'm new to having a kid who likes video games
I don't think V Bucks go on sale, but I remember us getting a deal on X Box gift cards (like one of those "Buy $100 get $25 for free" or something like that) last year.

Costco has $50 off when you buy $500 or more on qualifying items. I bought a digital piano (Roland CPF107) from $1049 for $999. This is our big Xmas present this year but because I just sold one of my DSLR lenses to KEH for $979 and I get cashback on my Costco card this basically cost me nothing.
I am looking for headphones for DD1 who is 12. She isn’t a huge fan of earbuds. Definitely not a fan of Bluetooth at all. She wants over the ear ones. They can have Bluetooth capabilities but she wants them wired as well. She despises having to remember to charge things. 🤣
Most seem so little kid like. Any ideas?
Anker soundcore! They have a cord with them. Both my kids have them. They work well.

We got this for my autistic DS(7.5) last year. We did hire someone to mount it in our ceiling. I'm sure a handy person could do that no problem though.
What do 16-year-old boys wear and where do I get a good deal on whatever that might be?
This is an angel tree gift so I don’t know anything else besides sizes.
I'd get a hoodie. For a generic gift I'd go for Nike or your local NFL team.
I think a hoodie is probably a safe bet. For pants I have a WxL size, so I assume that should be jeans, right? Sweatpants/joggers don’t come in that kind of sizing that I have ever seen. Are boys doing loose fit? Straight leg?
(My oldest is 10 and still clueless about what to wear)

Unfortunately can't help with jeans styles-- my son wears jogger-style twill pants or sweats.
If I had to attempt jeans for a kid I didn't know, I'd probably go to American Eagle and just ask someone who works there for their most popular style.
I guess Rothy’s has a site wide sale for the first time ever. And I’m going a bit crazy with my separation “treat yo self”.
So what do I need? How is the sizing, especially since you don’t have to wear socks (saw someone mention putting socks on the insert.
Speaking of socks, what are your go to non slip no show socks? I have a brand for my tied sneakers, but they’re a bit too high for my slip ons (Converse Shoreline). Everyone I’ve tried, even with the grip stuff, ends up under my foot after 10 steps.

I don’t know what your budget is for this item so I apologize if these recs are too expensive. Having a kid who has used one for over a year, a secure mount is really important for safety reasons, and a kid with special needs might enjoy this swing well into their teen years.
