Okay, seeing as we are trying to go puppies and rainbows I am starting a thread opposite to WTF Wednesday.
So name one (or more) thing(s) that is/are wonderful!
I went to the gym last night and signed up for a personal training package. I am excited because I love my trainer and I am sure she will kick my ass (which I need!).
I am also excited because my horse back riding instructor told me that I am ready to start learning how to jump! She previously told me that it would probably take 6-8 months and I am only at 2 months. She told me that I am a quick learner ;D

DS LOVED his Halloween costume that came yesterday...I was worried he pitch a fit and refuse to wear it. He's the one who told us he wanted to dress up like a doggie, but I'm still glad he liked it!
My day is FLYING by today...gotta love that!
I'm super excited to go camping with my BFF and her family, and my boss and her family this weekend. I love when the 6 of us (and our kids) spend time together...always a blast!

My DD was actually cooperative this morning getting out of the house. My SIL is bringing my lil niece to see me today at work. I'm the only one in my office today and its so peaceful!

I just found out my work experience was approved so all that's left to be done is for the CFP board to approve my college transcripts and verify my four year degree. Then I get to use the marks and I'll officially be a CFP!!!
I'm looking forward to one of my best friend's baby showers on Sunday. Me and the other bestie are going to be the hostesses with the mostesses (if that even makes sense). It's a fall theme with the food so it should be really cute!

My BFF had a baby this morning so Im stopping by to see her and the baby.
I'm getting some action tonight.
I'm back to working out again and I feel amazing. I was really lucky that I didn't gain more weight with the way I ate while the ex was staying with us.
I've been doing decent with my workouts and am eating almost 100 percent paleo and it's awesome. Thanks to the girls who recommended the blogs. They are WAY better than the recipes I was using. I don't really miss bread or sugar. It's still a little hard to give up cheese though.

My project will be OVER tonight, finished or not. BF becomes a US citizen on Friday. I got asked to sub for a higher-level instructor than me, so I get to try teaching a more advanced dance class. People must like my work, since I have more requests to work on projects than i can fulfill! I'm booked for something like 150% of my time!
I'm all squeeeeee, twirly, butterflies in the stomach over J. It's kind of disgusting, lol.
I am like this too with my new guy....we will call him D. Seriously, I am disgusting with my emotions over him but it feels AMAZING! ;D
I lost 7 lbs in one week...went to 100% Paleo diet (no gluten, no dairy, no sugar). I am losing my sugar cravings and am very excited!
My graduate statistics test is over! Woohoo!
7lbs?!?!?!? IN A WEEK? Shit you are motivating me to get back on the Paleo bus! Like, I'm on it, and I'm doing pretty good (just started on Monday) but man now I'm really motivated to be good!!!
Last night at Crossfit I PR'd my squat by 10 pounds, my new record is 140 lbs
Our WOD was tough, but I got through it, I wasn't last, and I never got too winded during it. And I was GOING To just do cleans at 35# but CFG and the intern coach both were pushing me to add 10s on each so I did. 30 power cleans at 55# and it wasn't even hard, I got winded, but weight wise it was not bad at all!
After the WOD we had an extra credit option to either run 2 miles or row 2500 meters, I went for the rowing, me and my friend Trudi kept saying "nooo this is too much, let's just do x amount" until we finally just did the full 2500 haha.

I'm at a point in my life where I really don't have anything to be stressed or worried about. It's such a weird (although welcome) feeling because the past couple of years were so stressful.

DD showed us the pictures she drew at latchkey today. One was a picture of her and me. She was crying because I was heading out the door to go to work. The other one was of the two of us and had 2 sets of hearts connecting us together. So heart wrenching and sweet at the same time.
Oh, I have another one....tonight I was asking DD how her social studies teacher from last year remembered her name and she laughed and said "I'm hard to forget". DS nods and says "it's true, you are hard to forget. I'd never forget you and that's not being sarcastic".
He also offered money out of his savings to help her pay for a trip to DC.

I made an amazing dinner tonight ...spaghetti squash carbonara with chicken. I even grew the spaghetti squash. The recipes was ad hoc based on a few I saw. I haven't cooked much into the past few months because after 2 years of cooking for me solely, I'm tired of it. Tonight made me feel great because I'm reassuredthat im a pretty damn good cook.
