I set up the white Costco Christmas village recently. We weren’t really turning it on much, so I didn’t realize until yesterday that it’s actually on a timer. I just wasn’t paying attention. So I turned it on somewhat early in the day, but by the time it was evening, all the lights were off. I could not get them to turn back on. Now tonight, some pieces are lit and some are off. Does anybody know how to reset this so I could turn everything on at the same time?? Would I have to pop the batteries out or something? That would be a big hassle.
The switch only has two settings. Off, or timer. But if I turn it off and back to timer while it is in its off phase, It doesn’t seem to turn back on.

I would try unplugging from the wall to reset the timer.
Et: Nevermind - I see its battery. Yes, I would pop out and put them back in when you want the timer to start. That’s annoying though that there isn’t just an on button option.
Update: I turned everything to off for a solid 20 min plus and then tried again. They are lit! Part of that might just be because some of them has not been lit since last night. But in any case, it worked for now!

Oh that’s annoying. I have garland on that timer, which I absolutely love, but if you press the button it turns on for 6 hours from the second you press it. If you press the button when it’s on, you kick off the 18 hours off so it’s easy enough to change the settings.
