It is 1:30 pm and I just picked up lunch at Chipotle to eat at home. I ordered fajita veggies for my bowl but there aren't any peppers or onions in my chicken bowl. I'm not surprised anymore because both restaurants near me have said they run out of the veggies by 1 pm if not sooner. Just wondering if this is a thing everywhere. I don't know why they don't restock this item. Maybe they're too hard to cook all day long. My hypothesis is there are a lot of vegetarian people in this area who frequent Chipotle and that's why they run out of fajita veggies so fast.

I didn't vote, but my Chipotle closes at 6 most days and is sometimes not open on Saturdays (!!!). They also run out of a lot of stuff - last time, there were no tortillas. I'm surprised they're still open at all, assuming they are understaffed. The Moe's less than 10 minutes from there always has a ton of staff - I assume they must pay better.

I've been seeing various posts on social media about Chipotle running out of various ingredients, not just veggies. My overall sense is that I don't think they're very long for this world.
I also got horrible food poisoning from them a month ago so they can run out of everything and I won't care lol.
I didn’t vote bc I don’t go enough to make any sort of definitive declaration but we actually did go last night at 5 pm and I got fajita veggies in my bowl. I’ve never not had them available. But again, we rarely go.

I don’t go enough to vote, but when I do go it’s for dinner and they’ve always had the fajita veggies.maybe they do a lunch/ dinner batch? I am now craving chipotle.
I don't go super often, but they are out of at least one, if not multiple, ingredients every time I do go there. I don't quite understand what their issue is, but I've never seen a restaurant have such problems with ordering/supplies.
Interesting that so many people have had problems. We get dinner there about once a month and have never had an issue with them running out of fajita veggies or any other ingredients, so I wouldn't have guessed that.

No dinner batch. I went for dinner and when they didn't have them, that's when said they run out very early in the day.
This seems like poor management. But they also prob only pay managers like $17/hr so I don't blame them. But, it makes no sense for it to be a constant issue if someone was paying semi attention to inventory and sales.
I don't have Chipotle here so I haven't been to one in like 8+ years so I have no recent experience to add.
No I’m pretty sure they always have them when we go. But the quality at our Chipotle has dropped tremendously from what it used to be. I’m not sure what happened to them. I used to love them but it went downhill and now the food isn’t fresh and doenst taste as good. Such a bummer.

Our chipotle sucks and runs out of everything. One night they didn’t have tortillas. Another night it was chips another night guacamole and another night it was cheese. We’ve also waited 20 mins in line before only to find out no cheese. We joke that we have the worst chipotle in the world. We also quit ordering ahead as it was always wrong and took over an hour once. So basically we never go there now.

I didn't vote because I don't go to Chipotle anymore. It used to be my go-to fast food before the pandemic, but during the pandemic we would order pick up from them still, and their quality went way downhill, and they would often be out of stuff (like ALL salsa, cheese, etc. I don't order the fajita veggies, but my dh does and I think they would often be out of those too). It was understandable during the pandemic, we just didn't order from them much during that time. When things opened up majorly again, we tried to go back several times, but they were still awful and out of stuff, so we eventually stopped altogether.
I fixated on the fajita veggies because they seem to keep everything else in stock. I did see them run out of black beans one day but it was like 20 minutes before closing so that was understandable. We go to Chipotle often enough. Both locations are really close by, fast, and more fresh than McDonald's. Just no fajita veggies for me unless I get there before noon.

I never get fajita veggies so I am not sure on that. But I had to respond because H just picked us up lunch from Chipotle today and they ran out of white rice and had to make more.
A bunch of people were standing around waiting because all they had said was “We’re making more.” H said he asked about how long this would take and they were like “About 30-45 minutes.” The other people waiting got pissed. I feel like that is a time period that should have been communicated to the people waiting on it lol. Like if I’m told “Oh we’re out of X but making more,” I’m going to assume the wait is like 5 min not 45!
I think Chipotle is having issues, period. They were getting a ton of hate on social media because of changes in food quality and portion sizes, so they’ve been paying influencers hard to try to revamp their image. Too bad it sounds like they’re not trying to fix the actual problems.
I don’t eat there often but have encountered this. One time they were out of guacamole and without asking subbed nacho cheese sauce in a pickup order from the app. My kids were aghast lol and still talk about the “bad chipotle location!”

I hang out on FB 98% and IG 2%. I have seen zero Chipotle influencers.

We go maybe 2x/month, and both the times we last went they were out of fajitas. Once was dinner, so ok whatever, but the other time was a different location, at 12:30 for lunch. I asked the manager who was on the register and their reply was "yeah, we used all the veggies we cut today, and we're not cutting more."
Like, at 8:30 before a 9 pm closing? Totally get that. but in the middle of lunch, an hour and a half after you open? ok then!
I don’t know about fajita veggies, but I have noticed that they are generally going downhill. The last time I went the soda machine didn’t work and the chips were very stale. When I went back up to tell them the chips were stale I got a shrug and the employee walked away. I asked someone else and got replacement chips, but they were stale too so I just let it go. But I’m not in a hurry to go back.

I used to love chipotle but it’s gone down hill in our area too. One time I went to order online and they were out of so much that I just didn’t order.
They used to have my favorite chips too but now they are always stale. It’s just a disappointment.
