Ok, I’ll age myself even more. Do you remember the original Dynasty? I have such fond memories of watching that on Sunday nights with my mom and grandma - it felt so scandalous to pre-teen me!

Blind date got revived for awhile. Recently there was a female comic who maybe got her own show (I think? Don't ask me to remember who) who had a gig writing the pop up captions.
I remember Fifth Wheel for sure. I have a recollection Blind Date was a show but I don’t think I ever watched it.
There was a dating show called Bzzzzz for a while that I LOVED. The host was a British Lady and the dater would sit at a table and ask possible matches questions and they had a giant red buzzer if they didn’t like the answer they would Bzzzz them. If I remember correctly they only had a certain number of people they could buzz.

H and I used to watch this guy on like QVC or something- his main gig was like baseball cards and sports memorabilia. But he also had that SPORTS DUDE inflection for beanie babies. Ohhh my god we used to laugh so hard at that.

Calling a phone number for the time and temperature.
The character named Boner on Growing Pains. The Book Banners of today grew up on that show and laughed at that name, you know it, but today they'd have a conniption fit.
The game show Joker's Wild. I wanted to pull that lever so bad.
Who remembers General Hospital? Or did you have another favorite soap opera??
I watched all the ABC soaps. All My Children, One Life to Live, and GH. I even remember Ryan's Hope and Loving. My favorite couple was Greg and Jenny from AMC.

When I hear someone say "joker", I always say "Joker! Joker! Joker!" like the host of that game show would if someone got 3 jokers in a row. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who remembers it!
I also remember watching Sale of the Century, another game show. And a sitcom called ER that starred George Clooney (before the drama ER). Thus began my George Clooney celebrity crush. I loved that show and in 5th grade we had to write about our favorite show, so that is what I picked. My teacher told me I SHOULD have picked Highway to Heaven because that was a good wholesome show that he enjoyed watching with his daughters. Whatever, Mr LaRosa.
