At 5 years, we get a plaque. At 10 years, we get ten shares of company stock & an invitation to dinner with our CEO (large, publicly traded company) + an extra week of vacation. At 15, I'm not sure, & my 15 year anniversary is coming up in May. I'm committed to having a new job by then. ;-)
We get a certificate and a pin. If we stay for 10 years, we get a nice plaque when we leave.
Some people celebrate their workiversaries... like, with a small get together at a bar, or treats in a common area. Mine is between Christmas and New Year's, when most people are on vacation. So, if I happen to be working, my workiversary reward is a nice, empty office. Last year, I had to go to a colleagues funeral on my workiversary.
We get something every 5 years. IDK what it was in the past, I think a giftcard for something, but recently it changed so you either get a river cruise on the Mississippi in the fall, or 2 tickets to a local hockey league game. I've heard mixed reviews about the choices - the river thing sounds fun but I'd rather just have cash I think. They also do a recognition dinner but it is the May AFTER your anniversary so someone like me who started in August will wait until almost 6 years before attending.
We are also vested after 5 years (it goes up 20% each year and hits 100% then) so that's the biggest thing for me. I have to stick around until August!

At 3 yrs I got a certificate and a keychain with the hospital name. At 5 yrs another certificate and I got to pick a gift out of a catalog. I picked a crystal votive holder, which happened to be on my wedding registry- this was at the same time as my wedding. For my 10 yr we picked from a catalog again and I picked a crystal vase. When it arrived I realized that it's huge and doesn't match my decor and I have no room for it, so I returned it to Bed Bath and Beyond and exchanged it for a vacuum cleaner. We also got a small Tiffany bowl which I'm sure most people think is crap, but I love it b/c I'm dorky like that.

I got a paper certificate that said I was highly valued along with a cheap acrylic photo frame. I took the frame with me to my current job and put a picture of DH in it. Right before my 5 year they took away my special breakfast. I was sad, so I left exactly one year later. Can't say my reasons were unrelated...

At ten years (then again at 20, 25, 30,..) you get a medaillon (like an albatross) with your years of service on it that you are then expected to wear, hanging from your neck, to official events. No joke.

I've been here 8 years and I regularly have people say that they didn't know I/my department existed. So...my answer is no, there is no anniversary celebration.
First year is a company pin or pendant. Every year after that is another pin/ pendant plus you choose a gift from the catalogue. Some gifts are quite nice. A colleague recently got his 25 yr gift and pin. The pin had 4 diamonds and a ruby in it- teeny ones but still.
