I am so sick of tweets being news. I also hate the constant "lets see what our twitter fans are saying" on the Voice, on Anderson. I wouldnt mind if they interviewed people in the audience so maybe I am just anti-technology

I don't watch either of those shows but I know what you mean. I don't like when an article quotes a tweet or message board post. It looks ridiculous when it's like "proboards user giggitygiggity6969 feels that 'the new Apple iOS sucks balls' for doing away with Google maps" or whatever. Go do your own man on the street interview if you want public opinion. Quoting from the results of a google search seems like lazy reporting.

I like it. It's the "new wave" of "reporting." I personally get a lot of my news information from Twitter and FB. I found out about MJ, Osama, the refs coming back all from Twitter and usually 15-30 minutes before an actual news source.
