I think I'm stuck at my job, at least for a while. I just had my 6 month review. I got a glowing review, a 4% raise and my boss said "I hope you never leave. We'd be lost without you."on the bright side, I asked if I could travel less and she agreeded. I'll still have to go to our major things, but won't have to do go to the smaller events as long as I prep the onsite people.
Meanwhile last week the offer came through from my old company, they wouldn't negotiate and expected me to take a huge pay cut. I had to turn it down. Its getting harder for me to take jobs without taking pay cuts now, so I'm stuck till someone can match or beat my salary.
I feel bad for complaiing because my situation isn't terrible, its just not ideal

Yay for your raise and great review! Boo that the old job was offering a pay cut, but hey, at least you had the choice to say no and you didn't *need* the job.
Two workplaces want you. That means you're pretty effing awesome.

Congrats on the raise! But I will say, don't let getting the raise or your boss needing you their guilt you into staying and not seeking out better opportunities. Remember, it's your career/happiness that's the most important
