I don't think I own any flip flops anymore. I might have a pair of cheap black flip flops (shower shoes) lying around somewhere, but I'm not sure. When I used to wear them, I usually just bought inexpensive solid black flip flops and would replace them every spring or summer.
I tend to stick with sandals now, since they offer more support and look a little less casual.
I own at least a dozen pairs in lots of colors. I usually wear black ones. I try to avoid matching them to my shirt color because it seems like something a 5 year old would do. I don't know what brand my black ones are but they were about $50 and they actually have support. Most other pairs ar Old Navy cheapies.

I have two pair - one gold and one black. Both are Havaianas which I bought very cheap at DSW. I bought both of them last year to replace my previous two pair which were at least three years old at the time.

I have 2 pairs but I wear my cheapy Old Navy black pair 95% of the time. I hate shoes and flip flops are about the least amount of shoe I can wear and keep my feet off the ground.
I own 9 pairs. 4 are varying shades of brown leather, 1 black leather, 1 gold leather, the rest are cheapie Old Navy type, in random colors. My flip flops are generally neutral, so they go w/ whatever I am wearing. None of them are designer. I love flip flops, so I usually buy at least one new pair each summer.
I have two pairs. Black Reefs that I've had for many years. They're finally starting to break down and are on my list of things to replace. The other pair is gold and from Aldo. They're not nearly as comfortable, but they look much nicer, so I tend to wear them with dresses or when I want to make a casual outfit look a bit nicer.
i have 3 pair of brown rainbows (although i can't find one pair right now,) a pair of black reefs, and probably 2 pairs of dressier flip flops that i never wear. they are all solid colors, i'm not into cutesy. i have had my pairs of rainbows and reefs for over 3 years and the pair of rainbows i wear the most are finally needing to be replaced.
i own three. two are rubber old navy in navy blue and kelly green. my other pair is a gold metallic (faux?) leather from target that i bought ~7 years ago. i wear the navy blue ones mostly since they are fairly neutral. i buy new pairs when the old wear out - the old navy ones are every 2 years and i need to replace the "dressier" pair this summer.
Right now I have 2 that I wear. An outside pair and an inside pair. The outside ones are black and the inside pair are light grey. I wear my black ones every weekend. If I could wear them to work, I would. I'm very picky though. I don't like rubber between my toes and have to have a little coushion for my outside flip flops.

I own a ton. I have a tub full of them. I have some in patterns and probably every color in solids. I usually pick up a few each season. I hardly ever wear them except at the gym and pool. I try to have them color coordinate my swimsuits and coverups.

I own two. A brown fabric rocket dog pair that I bought because a friend insisted I needed shower shoes for the hospital. I don't think I've ever worn them. Flip flops were the last thing on my mind after a c section. And I just bought a pair of turquoise olukai ones. I'm just now able to wear shoes with things between my toes.
It used to be 3 until a pair broke on me a couple weeks ago. So I have a really old black Nike pair - seriously probably 8+ years old - and a gold and white elephant print Havanias pair. The one that broke was also Havanias but in solid pewter.
I really only wear them if at the beach or pool, or around the house or maybe running very quick errands. They aren't my primary footwear during the summer, I prefer real sandals. I will probably replace the pewter ones though since they do go with everything. Although all my swimsuits are black anyway, my coverups are all different.
How can you wear flipflops? They kill my feet if I wear them too long. I suppose you can get better ones with support, but my toes also often get dirty if I wear them in the city so I only wear them to the beach or if I am going to be in the grass, etc. I just bought a new pair of gold ones. But the last few summers, I have mostly worn my flats.
