DH and I are redoing our kitchen, and up until yesterday, had made up our mind about appliances. Until our contractor said "Hey, did you check out package deals for all 4? You can see if they come cheaper than a la carte..."
This is not our forever home, so while it's not the nicest of fridges, the whole package seems like a really good deal. And it's stainless, which was originally out of our budget.
We had the exact same Frigidaire package at our old house, except it was purchased about eight years ago and it was white. They were very basic, but they held up well and still worked when we moved. We actually took the fridge to our new house and it still works fine. We also have a Frigidaire washer and dryer that we bought about four years ago and we've had no issues with them either.
How long will you be in the house? I'd probably check reviews online on them and if they are pretty good, go for it. Unless it is your forever home, in which case I'd spend more to get higher quality stuff. The thing I'd worry most about is reliability. You don't want to have to repair them in a few years if they don't hold up well.
And yes, that is a great price. We spent that alone on a GE fridge. But this is our possibly forever home.
