Just curious about the PlayOn lifetime option. We have a 3 story townhouse, so there's a Roku in the man cave, Roku on the middle floor family room and a Roku in our bedroom so each tv has the channels we use. Is it possible to purchase 1 subscription that works for all three boxes; or since we're entering in a Roku box serial number, would we technically have to buy three subscriptions (if they even allow that)?
I love the Google TV (similar to apple TV), because we can watch whatever we want, from whatever source we want - amazon, netflix, you tube, the internet, whatever.
If there are episodes on a network's website, we can stream them directly from the web (because there's a browser built in.)
I think if we had to, we would be able to access enough content that we could probably get away with cutting cable.

You should be able to do that. All it asks for is a license key on the computer you're running the servers from.
