Apparently, the TOS for ProBoards were violated for having adult content here. Ellie has been informed that all of the adult content, including the Sex and Romance board, were to be removed. It's also a good idea that we all review the Community Guidelines on what can and cannot be posted.
Which part? We weren't allowed to "promote" illegal activity (or anything, really) there either.
IDK what was going on in Sex and Romance that was an issue, but I'm glad we can't post pics and other NSFW things. Too many of us post at work to have pictures of giant penises randomly appearing in threads anyway.
this doesn't sound any different than expectations on tn... it's just that proboards is actually competent and monitors their site. if you really want sex advice are you going to post on s&r anyway? create an ae if you must and post on your home board.
i am slightly amused that we can't discuss plans to violently overthrow the US, but other countries are fair game?? i'm sure it would count under "and other as determined by proboards" but it still make me chuckle.
Delete inappropriate links and threads, totally fine. Demand an entire board be removed, not cool.
I imagine we would have been okay with the S&R board had there not been hard core porn posted here. But it's a slow board, so we are not losing that much.
I am glad that PB is so proactive about this stuff. Remember when that bumpies signature picture was swapped out for some guy's erect penis? TN/TB didn't do anything about that for days. PB is clearly more responsive to issues, both good and bad.
I read the "hardcore porn" post and all it was was a P&CE poster (or whatever that board is called now) talking about a crazy woman at her work dinner who said her husband looked at a porn site called Meat Spin. There were no pictures (at least when I looked at it, which was late last night).
