Calming down when really busy

Yoga. It helps me refocus on non-work.

Maybe try reading something non-work related before bed? A good book or even a magazine.

If I keep thinking about the same thing, I just write it down so I can tell myself it will be there in the morning.

Ditto yoga. Really any vigorous exercise helps me sleep better at night. Another thing I use is the "centering" technique in the book Wherever You Go, There You Are. It really helps calm my mind when it's going in a million different directions or when I'm anxious.

making a list of everything I have to do the next day with the time dedicated to each task (so I don't lay in bed thinking about it)

really watch caffeine intake past 2pm

melatonin if I'm very stressed

asking SO to massage my scalp/back while I drift off. favorite. lol.
