The Gap version fits SO much better! The material is thicker and while it has stretch to it, it is much more flattering than the ON one because it has pleating in the back.
The blue is a size large and the white is a size medium... I ended up keeping the blue in the large and exchange the white for the large but I might go back and exchange them for mediums because I started back to running... still not too sure yet. Excuse the pooch... I had just eaten and had I realized I would be posting the pics on the internet I would have sucked in LOL.
For size reference - I am 5'8 and currently a size large top, and size 10/12 in jeans.
Thanks, I will try that one out! Is the Gap one expensive compared to the ON version?
The gap one is $64 but right now it is 30% (35% with gap card) off (with the code THANKYOU) so it was like $44 I think... I don't know how much the ON one was.
Ohhh...I like the navy and gray one. One can never have too many stripe dresses. So what size do you normally wear in Gap stuff? I may need to pick this one up.

I haven't bought anything from Gap in a while but i'm usually a large in top at limited and loft and the polka dot shirt I am wearing today I got in a large as well.
Agree. Check the material content though and take into account shrinkage when you wash it too
Yeah I think that was why my mom suggested getting the large. I'm going to try them on again when I get home and possibly head out to swap them for mediums. If I lose the 10 lbs I've recently gained i'll be swimming in the larges. The mediums fit perfect in the shoulders and back but was a little too snudge for comfort in the hip area but from the side the large does kind of resemble a potato sack lol
Yay, I just ordered it the charcoal! I went ahead and sized down in hopes that it's fitted. I have zero curves, so we shall see. For as tall as you are, the dress looks long! I'm 5'5, so hopefully it isn't too long.

I bought it in the L in the charcoal/navy. I'm a 14/L depending on the brand and 5'6". It comes to my knee and is a perfect length to wear bare legged with boots or flats.

I am so tempted to try this in the charcoal/navy, but wonder if it will be too preppy with my crazy highlights. I can't stop thinking about it since HZ asked about it and I saw it in store.
