Jean suggestions for tall people?

I lost some weight and need some new jeans. Criteria:
-35" inseam or longer
-Not low rise (like a mid-rise but not "mom" jeans)
-darker denim
-<$100 a pair

GAP tall has a 37" inseam and are under $100.
