My package didn't come with any paperwork and I can't access my purchases from the account screen homepage.
How do I make a return? Where do I send it and how do they know who to return the money to? I saw they only allow 14 days and I tried emailing them and this was their response
Yeah, it seems a little shady because ever since they switched over to the new format there's no account history. It has said it would be updated in a few days for like a month.
I had like $10 in credit from referring people and now it seems like that's gone. Not cool.
