Best Friend's Wedding, Clerks, Insidious,
I watch a lot of documentaries. It's good for kid's shows if you have any kids.
Another vote for Friday Night Lights. DH is a coach so perhaps we were particularly inclined to like it, but I'm pretty sure I'd still think its an awesome show.
ETA: Ok this is why you shouldn't buzzed GBCN.... I thought someone else was saying you should watch Friday Night Lights. So did you love it? I ended up watching Lipstick Jungle sans DH. I liked it.
I loved Friday Night Lights. I didn't like how much time lapsed between seasons 2 and 3, and there were a couple other things I think they really skipped out on but overall I thought it was awesome.

I think there was a writer's strike during season 2, which is why it seemed to skip so much. We were annoyed by it as well.
Sometimes DH will say that I have a lot of Tammi in me (as in I'm being ridiculously supportive or something) and sometimes I will tell him he is having a Coach Taylor moment. Clearly we were impacted by the show!
Satisfaction (awesome Australian Showtime series about fancy "escorts" in a brothel) Suits is awesome In the Loop (Brit movie) Whitest Kids U Kno (very juvenile humor, you have to be into that kinda thing) Archer (FX series) Louie (Louis CK if you like the comedian) Mary & Max (great claymation film) I Love You Phillip Morris (Ewan McGregor, yum) Being Human (SyFy series)
Thanks for this! I needed to update my netflix queue, especially with summer coming.
But, Vampire Diaries? I just read the description - it sounds like Twilight for TV. I take it that its better than Twilight? Does the girl at least have a backbone or is she just a broody, melodramatic teen that allows men to hurt her b/c they love her?
