ok, so we have one, but only use it for bacon seriously, that's about the only time I cook anything on it, although I'll say it's worth it because there's no bacon grease flying everywhere! But what do you all use it for that makes you love it so much? I feel like meat doesn't turn out well for me.
For me, it's a nice to have, but not a necessity. IMO making bacon on it is the fastest, easiest and cleanest. All of the grease drips off, most of the bacon smell is contained and the bacon is nice and crispy.
If you have the one with the heat control, turn the heat up to high and let it go. I leave it on for a few minutes, I usually check it after 3 or 4 and then keep checking till it's desired crispiness.
I loooove crunchy bacon (the crunchier the better) and this was the only way that I could figure out to get it super crunchy.
You do not know how excited I am about this new discovery. We have one where you can turn the heat up to x degree. I want to get bacon on my way home and try this!
