Hey everyone! My name is Lola and I work at LBB! If anyone has any suggestions on how we can improve the merchandise selection you should give me a holler on here!
We love to hear your feedback and we are always looking for ways to improve the site
Lola - there is a lot of stuff right now that is super hard to get rid of. I actually opened a bag last week and on day 6 hated every single thing in it, so I called and asked for it to be cancelled. I did appreciate that LBB cancelled it as a courtesy, as they didn't have to do it. I opened another bag and like my items this time, but as far as the number of items and value of items, it's the "worst" bag I've ended up with in the six or so bags I've ordered.
The things that are hard to trade that no one seems to want are the weird items like that bird beak ring and other werd items that are often the brand All The Rage. I do love some of ATR, but some of the stuff is just bizarre - like those eyeball earrings. I've learned to stay away from bangles unless there is something really interesting about them because they never trade. As far as the type of jewelry I would like to see, I love the selection and jewelry sold by Bauble Bar. They have a nice variety of both classic and trendy pieces at reasonable price points, but none of their jewelry is weird and out there like some of the stuff on LBB.
I love that you are offering more perfume now. I kept trying to get my hands on a LaVanilla scent but was never able to get one. I love makeup but haven't been impressed with the makeup items. I think people would go nuts over items from brands like Urban Decay, The Balm, Stila, Smashbox, Buxom, Too Faced and Benefit. The pretty scarves are always a hit and trade for items of much higher value. I would love to see more scarves offered so they are a bit easier to get.
Oh, and one big pet peeve of mine is that LBB has bags that are originally $100+ but they are faux leather. I regularly buy real leather handbags for that amount, and sometimes for half that price at stores like TJ Maxx. I would open a lot more bags if there were a few genuine leather handbag options, even if they were just cute bags from brands I don't recognize.
