I'm curious to hear more about the WW plan. I can never seem to get my eating under control BUT I work out enough so I can get away with it. But I'm getting older so this is going to catch up with me very soon- I'd love to learn how to better control my portions; get a better idea of what a serving actually is, etc. Is that what the plan does?

And as a note to you and others, I also lost much more weight when I started watching what I ate rather than just working out. I do work out, and often, but I did that for 3 years before I really made diet changes, and lost 40lbs when I did!

Yes bashful, it REALLY helps with that. At the beginning, there's a lot of measuring and weighing that you'll do, but you'll quickly learn what a portion size looks like. The best is learning how you may only have a teensy amount of one food item (so not worth it!), but then learn which food items you can have a lot more of for the same amount of "points". There's also lots of helpful tools online that can help you make better choices with regard to eating out and stuff.
Congratulations on the weight loss. Im hoping after this baby to loose close to 80 lbs. I did WW before my wedding and lost 25 but have put it back on after every baby and then some lol!
