Yes I am 5'5. I do not really work out. I did ww only. I own a restaurant now so I am constantly running around. That is it though. I want to start working out though.
That is totally what I was hoping to hear, lol. I need to sign up with WW online again. I did it once and it was working, but I'm bad about sticking to anything long term. You look fantastic and it's very inspirational!! I need to lose like, oh, 80 lbs, though!
I totally know what you mean about not working out yet. I lost 33lbs on WW a few years ago! I've been able to keep most of it off (with some "sliding" here and there). I too have found that what and how I eat makes more of a difference for me than working out. When I started WW, I focused solely on learning how to eat and I lost like 20 lbs before I started working out more regularly.
I got up to a "no pass" zone for me weight-wise this past year (thanks, Grad School!), and I started working out religiously, and while I would lose here and there, I was up and down, and it was because I wasn't doing much to change my eating habits, and I had gone back to eating in a way that was not good for me. Since then, I regrouped, and started focusing back on eating for nutrition vs eating just to eat, and I've been losing more consistently (slowly yes, but consistently!).
That's not to say that I don't work out AT ALL, but I don't obsess over it as much. I move around quite a bit daily just to and from work or school, and that's usually enough to help me maintain. I do want to tone up a bit more, so I may get back into doing more toning type stuff at home.

That's awesome! You look fantastic! I get the running around at a restaurant as exercise. I have a close friend who went back to serving 2 years ago and said that helped her lose a lot since she is constantly running. She looks incredible now too. I worked front and back house and stayed in great shape with that and diet. I need to find some kind of workout that I love and get back to that and diet soon. I dropped 80 pounds, but have gained about 20 back by losing my routine and eating crap.
