This is not a huge thing in the grand scheme of things.
But I feel really bad because my mom spent literally hours yesterday looking on bloomingdales for things she wanted to buy for friends and family. It seriously took her all day! Then she called me to show me everything she was getting. She was strangely signed into my account - must have still been logged in from last time I visited her. I told her to just leave it like that because if she uses my account I get loyalist points. So, she told me to do it since I was looking at the same account/shopping cart over on my end. She gave me her credit card, I added it to the account, and thought I completed the order.
I didn't get an order confirmation even this AM and I noticed all the items were still in my shopping cart (except for the things that were no longer available in her size ) .... checked my account, no record of the order, contacted livechat, nothing. I completely screwed it up and now friends and family is over AND some things completely sold out in her size.
I'll call them. The guy offered 15% off but my mom just told me not to worry about it and said she would have had to return it all anyway when it didn't fit right... hah. Now she says it's good because she'll have to go to the store. I still feel really bad though!

That sounds like something my Mom and I would do. I'd feel bad too. Mine would also say she had to return it anyways since it wouldn't fit. It sounds like she's cool with it though.
