Starts next Monday (the 8th). Who's in this go around? As usual, it comes at awful, awful timing for me, but, I'm going to try- maybe even *gasp*... BLOG! It's been more than a year since a post on my sad ol' bloggie. I can at least try to make it an annual thing, I guess.

I´m in! This will be my first time participating, but I need to get DD´s Halloween costume finished and work on a couple of projects I´ve started but not finished. I´ll also try to blog about it...I haven´t been very good about blogging lately.
I think I'm in. I want to be in...there hasn't been much sewing going on here lately and I need motivation. That and I have many many projects I want to finish. So yes. I'm in.
How are we doing so far? I totally forgot to do any sewing Monday- DH is using up some leave, so it didn't feel like a Monday!! I think I've already clocked two hours today, though.
I finished a pair of fleece longies, a hat and half of another pair of fleece longies. I still have two sweatshirts and a pair of pants cut and ready to sew. I would have gotten more done last night but MIL made a surprise visit. I've definitely started with the easy/quick to finish stuff. Like snowballing debt...only sewing.

I didn´t get any sewing done Monday. Too much going on, but I worked for over an hour yesterday on cutting out an outfit and sewing the pants. Today I planned to finish the pants, but I failed to notice that the tension was wonky, so I spent quite a bit of time taking it out :-( So nothing finished yet.

I hate when things go like that!
All I finished yesterday (with almost 3 hours to work!) was this knit dress (yes, I am just all about the rainbows right now):
It would've taken an hour at most if I hadn't: 1. Spent 30 minutes looking for fabric. 2. Lost the sleeves after cutting them out, and had to hunt them down. 3. Sewn the skirt together in a mobius loop- duh. I hate picking back a four-thread serge, but, thankfully, I use really narrow seam allowances.
I don't know if I'll get even an hour today- but, I have a plan, at least.

Super cute dress!
I finished a giant stack of alterations for a client. And drumroll please....My whole pile of household mending. This like never happens. I also made a finished up a leopard print fur coat for DD1. I also made the girls matching poka dot leggings. I have fabric to make coordinating shirts, but that will have to wait. I'm going to the beach for the weekend . Hotel camping here I come! :Y:
Thanks! Sounds like you got a lot done- great!!! I puttered out midweek- oh well. I ended up doing some resin casting for jewelry last night, not really clothing, though.

cmeon, that dress is awesome! I´ve kind of slowed down. I did finish a no-sew tutu for DD´s Halloween costume this morning, and I`m about to go tackle those pants again. And watch girlie movies. We´ll see how much real sewing gets done. But tomorrow is a new day, right?!
