I recently lost about 10 lbs and I am swimming in virtually all of my work pants. I did buy 2 new pairs, they are about a size down but I am kind of in between the next size down as well.
I have about 10 pairs of nice work pants that I would like to tailor if at all possible. I have never had any tailoring done, so I don't really know what I am doing, and I don't know how realistic I am being. The waist of the pant is way too large, and the hip area also looks very baggy. Can these pants be salvaged with tailoring or should I just break down and rebuy (I really don't want to). I also have a pencil skirt that is way too big, possible to tailor that?
Thanks in advance!
Oh, and if any of you know, how much am I looking to spend per pair to get them tailored?
Yup, totally possible to get them tailored. Price is going to depend on cost of living, where you go, and how much needs to be done, so I think it would be hard to guess.
