So, I ordered a bunch of stuff from Forever 21. First it took 6 days just to ship then another 5 to get to me. I bought 2 pairs of leggings in my normal Medium size and they are too big. Also, I ordered a chambray shirt and was super excited about it. I already had outfits picked out in my head to wear. It said is shipped but, when I got my order today it wasn't in there and it wasn't even on the shipping list. I am so annoyed. I would have bought one while they were on sale at Ann Taylor but, I knew mine was on its way so I was trying to be patient.
Why is there shipping so long and is there anything I can do about the missing shirt? They didn't charge me for it. I just really wanted it.
Yeah, their shipping takes FOREVER (coincidence? I think not)! That sucks about the shirt you wanted! I'm wondering if maybe it went out of stock and they couldn't fulfill your order? At least it wasn't charged, but yeah, you should have been notified.

It doesn't say anything on the invoice? If an item was out of stock or sold out, it will usually tell you that it will come separately or is unavailable.
I just looked again to make sure I didn't miss something. I ordered on the 19th, it shipped finally on the 29th and I received it today. I also forgot about another super cute polka dot shirt and that wasn't in there either. I sent a message to customer service. We will see.

That's annoying. I didn't realize how long their shipping took until my last couple orders. They have taken over a week. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that top I had in my "wish list" was still there and able to be ordered even though when I tried to look for it on the regular site the size I had saved was completely out. I just got it yesterday so I was really happy! So I guess they can be really hit or miss...
I posted about this in the OOTD today! It took them 2 weeks to ship out my order, so I got it after 2.5 weeks. When I called at 2 weeks (before it had shipped) the woman said, "Well, I don't know if you know, but our shipping is a bit delayed right now..."
Um, I don't care. I want my stuff.
So I asked them to refund my shipping, which they did.
