I ordered the set of the Tarte LipSurgance glosses and they arrived on Monday. Unfortunately, 2 of the glosses are broken. So I emailed, Sephora's CS to see if I could do an exchange instead of me returning and re-buying (and having to pay for shipping b/c they cost less than $50 - the closest Sephora is 3 hours away). They finally responded and basically copied and pasted their Return policy. No shit, I know that, I'm asking a different question.
I've had to call before about a broken lotion that I ordered and they next day-ed me a replacement at no cost. Try calling. Sometimes email replies can be computer generated (and not helpful lol)
