I had been using Wen for a week or so before I saw you all talking about Hair One. So, I went and picked up the Almond Hair One a few days ago.
I will say they are similar, but I prefer the Wen overall.
The Hair One Almond smells amazing! I have the Wen Pumpkin Spice which smells okay, but neither leave your hair smelling like the product in the bottle.
The Wen leaves the ends of my hair much softer than the Hair One did (I add a couple of pumps to the ends as leave in conditioner). Also, when I washed with Hair One, my hair got a lot greasier more quickly than when I washed with Wen.
I think Hair One is a good product, but it's not as good as Wen. But, when you compare the price, I don't know if Wen is worth 3x as much as Hair One.
So, since you said you are happy with Hair One, I would stick with it. I will probably use the bottle and then go back to the two bottles of Wen I already purchased.

Thanks for the review! Yeah, I'm pretty happy with Hair One. Maybe I'd like Wen better, but it might be a bad idea to try it because I might love it and then start spending more money.

I am a lurker but have tried both. I hated Hair One because my hair felt tangled and never felt clean. I love how wen makes my hair feel and look. It is shiny and no fly aways or frizz at all.

CRAP. You are making me want to try it. But my hair doesn't feel tangled with Hair One and also feels clean, so I'm going to try to resist. I think. IDK, I'm pretty curious to try Wen.
GD and Mav - you can order Wen from Sephora online (not sure if it's available in store though). But, if you were interested in trying it, at least this is a place to purchase from with easy returns.
Another thing I remembered when I was showering is that with Wen I have NO fly aways. Zero. With Hair One, I have a few, but not as many as when using regular shampoo/conditioner.

Oh, I also bought this at Sally's when I was there picking up the Hair One (can never go in for just ONE thing!):
And I really, really like it! I can't stand crunchy curls, and this helped give my curls definition while remaining super soft. And it smells oh soooo good!
