As a top or sweater? I would love this (but not in dress form) and I'm not sure what to even search for online. I've seen similar with big cowl necks but I like the crew neckline like Katie's

ETA: I browsed D&G on Nieman's website and they have a dress that they call a Capelet Dress, so I am sticking with my first thought of capelet sweater.
