I'm voting for too snug because they look like they're pulling across the front at the bottom of the side pocket. That's always my indicator when pants are too snug for me.

That was the problem I had with them. They were SUPER tight in the legs. I don't mind a little fold under the butt but my legs looked like tight shar-peis. I will pull up my laptop for a better view to give you my two cents. That issue is much better on me with the 8s.

I say if you can find 8 s to try on do it. If you cant then keep these. Your folds don't look as bad as mine did. I had to wear them around for a few after the initial try on to realize how much it bothered me.

Also, you look great in both pics, but I think you look better with a bit of meat on your bones. I think you are the perfect size - thin and healthy, but not bony.

I agree. A little more meat and curves makes women look younger. At least, that's what I tell myself!
