I've been eyeing this house for a while. (DH doesn't want to buy on this particular island so it's a no) but I love the view and the house has potential, I think, with paint and some wall removal and updating. It was $290K when I first saw it, they lowered it to $265K in February (when I started really considering talking him into this island for a number of reasons) and they bumped it up to $290K last month. I opened the link this morning and it's up at $370 from $290? It's been on the market for 8 months with two delistings and several price changes but really, a 35% price increase in one month to its highest ever?

Still love the view but at $100K more than it was last month, don't love it *that* much.

Is this for your home or is it a cottage? I see three rooms setup as bedrooms in the pictures but it's listed as a 2-bedroom with 2nd kitchen? Views are gorgeous.
