Recipe ideas for Habanero Green Chile Chx Sausage

I bought Aidells Habanero and Green Chile Chicken Sausage at the grocery store this weekend and am looking for some recipe ideas.

I've already done a pasta with veggies and the sausage. Wondering if you have any other ideas for using it up?

Yes, I was also thinking putting it in a queso dip. That sounds delicious to me!
