I'm glad. 725,000 in debt, and she's STILL being all scammy. Apparently she's buying the weightloss products herself and then selling them directly to customers so that her earnings won't be reported to the IRS. Moron.
I've heard of this blog only tangentially, mostly related to her troubles. How did they get themselves in $700k of debt? And is it known what kind of shadiness occurred that caused it to be denied?

I wonder what her running tab is with the IRS now?

Gene is Gene Doeling, the trustee in their bankruptcy case. He objected to the filing, finding that they had falsified information and failed to disclose assets.
dexter- I know they had a foreclosure, an auto repo, and broke a contract for deed arrangement on a very large and expensive home. They also failed to pay final utility bills, doctor bills, several years worth of IRS tax bills, $50k to a contracted employee that they never paid, and credit cards. This was debt they racked up while she was jetting to Africa and crusing all around the US in an RV on family road trips. I think the reason her bankruptcy has issues is because their trustee found out they were hiding assets and under reported their income and then blatantly lied about it.
Yes, I fully admit I sat down and read all this shit one day. It was fascinating.

I'm going to say it started when Stellan was born with heart problems. She blogged about it, they didn't have insurance, bills were piling up. She tweeted photos and updates from the hospital. She tweeted about all the stuff people were giving them. She basically used her child's illness to make her blog profitable.
After there, there were two contract for deed houses that they walked away from, an employee they never paid, utilities and CC bills that were never paid, cars that were repo'd, ect ect. She lied about the income from her blog and momtography business, which, thanks to her sick child, was fairly sizeable. They filed for bankruptcy to discharge roughly $725,000 in debt, and the trustee uncovered everything they were hiding. So in order to avoid federal charges, they decided to sign the waiver.
It's disgustingly fascinating. If you have the time to read up on it, do.

I think some of you are forgetting the 2 Target credit cards.
And seriously, they made their bed. They need to lie in it. I hope they are made to pay every single penny back, FIRST to the guy they stiffed from Israel's business, the former employee of his. $50k.

I don't know about the Target cards. What was that about?
Apparently they have like $8k in maxed out Target cards. Bish likes Target crap. I don't blame her, she was living in Mound, MN near the Cities where Target outnumbers Walmart 10 to 1. My paradise :-)

Yeah anyone here in The Cities lives within a few miles of a Target. I have 5 within 15 minutes of me. All our Targets here are super Targets too but the majority of people still manage not to have $8k of debt with them!
I have followed this train wreck for a long time now and I was so happy to read this on the other site. This summer I listened to them when they were under oath about all this stuff and she thought she was so smug and sneaky and yet in the audio recording you could tell Gene was setting them up and thankfully it worked!
