I'm having a really crappy day. What are some things that cheer you up?

My puppy and cat! Getting snuggled on the couch with a blanket and the animals piled on top of me reading. If it's cold outside, drinking tea or cider as well.

Helps me relax and makes me happy.

And hugs from DH, those always make me happy.

Soaking my feet in epsom salts + essential oils
A run
Going to bed early and just getting a decent nights sleep

-my comfort foods (cake, used to be mac & cheese, hot chocolate)
-snuggling an animal
-hot showers
-when my H does silly dorky things to make me laugh

-a few select people who can usually make me feel better

My kickboxing class. I can get a lot of anger/sadness taken out on that punching bag.

Other than that, wine, fire in the fireplace, and a chick flick. Or cuddling/playing with the kids.
