It went really well. I know Access, the state system, and agriculture. I don't know payroll though. It pays well, $17.49/hr, but rent for a decent 1 bedroom apt is $900 and doesn't include utilities $700 will get you a sketchy one.
I wonder if you could rent in one of the smaller nearby towns and save a lot. Rents in Kansas City are way cheaper than that. I am pretty sure I know which city you interviewed in and can see why rents may be higher there, but not a little farther out.
