They did change the BMI standards recently, Que so now many more people are classified as overweight/obese than before. Which is an interesting fact given how many asshats are running around claiming that it's somehow socially acceptable to be overweight now.
I feel like checking Snopes for this "my friend the nurse knows a fat couple who needed the neighbors to help them bang" story. It sounds like a modern day "Lemonjello/Orangejello" tall tale.
It's not just Kore, who does look great, but a lot of people here say that they are considered morbidly obese, or obese, and I have a hard time seeing it. I wonder of this BMI bullshit and society in general are as skewed as the people in this post.
That's why I get annoyed. Morbidly obese is a medical designation, not a social judgment.

I didn't realize they'd changed it. I thought it was sketchy to begin with. When I was at a weight that I considered too low for me my BMI put me in the middle of the 'normal' range. I couldn't imagine how skeletal I'd look at my height in the low end of normal. If they've shifted the range down even further, there's a serious problem here.
I mean clearly there's a problem if they would classify someone who looks like kore as morbidly obese. Ugh.
I am going to try to upload a pic from the app, but I am considered morbidly obese too. I still think I look great. I love to exercise and live a full life.
Thanks. I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant the first time and was not able to lose it all. With this pregnancy I have gained quite a bit less, but it is hard to be overweight and gain no matter what. I hate when people judge people about weight!
Ha! Nope. It's funny because he gained weight with my pregnancy as well and is more vulnerable about it than I am. I think he is sexy as hell, 30 lbs extra or not - and he knows it.

That's what I was hoping because I've never thought of Habs as being douchey.
I'm a sensitive fatty
Well, I don't blame you today. Jesus, I wish this post didn't happen. We canbe bitches here, but we're usually pretty good about the real, cuts to the core, stuff.
The fact that this post ever happened makes me queasy.
Que- not at all!! My DH has always been a big guy and I love that about him. I actually love big guys, even when I wasn't big myself. I knew what you meant!! I was just commenting on him being vulnerable to point out that it isn't just women. He is hard on himself sometimes and is totally fuckable - just like us women are. I took what you said as a compliment
