I'm supposed to be going out and meeting a bunch of friends at a bar for a little get together. But I just ate dinner (steamed artichokes and Caesar salad with shrimp) and I'm feeling so lazy. I should go out for an hour though and have my fake drink then leave.

I have only heard rave reviews about that pasta!
And I guillotined the shit out of my finger last week. DH wanted me to go to the hospital but I had too much to do with the inlaws in town and the party to prep for. I think I'm going to have a nasty scar.

My husband put in Harry Potter Deathly Hallows pt 2, and just one time I would like to see that movie without crying. I lose it during the remembral scene every time.
This time next month we'll be living it up at "Harry Potter Fairytale Land" aka Universal Orlando. Hunter is beyond pumped. . . and so am I.
I am totally gonna make that! It looks really really good.
I never watched Greys. Well that's not true, my mom used to watch it and I saw an episode with her once. It seemed to be a lot of people sneaking off to have sex in empty hospital rooms. I just couldn't get into it. I much prefer House. I am very sad the series is over.
We are (supposed to be) going to Huntington Beach tomorrow to spend the weekend with my cousin and his awesome wife and their 3! boys. They are older than us, but act our age and are super fun. My hubby called to tell me he was on his way home and to say he is feeling sicker and maybe G and I should just go without him. He has a cold. He needs to suck it up. That is all. (What I told him was he should take some nyquil and see how he felt in the morning. What I meant was suck it up sissy)

That movie is really hard to get through. I mean, Dobby!
And I am soooo jealous of you going to Harry Potterland! I have a recipe for butterbeer bookmarked, but I think it won't be magical enough unless it's from there.

::slaps meaty's buttcheek::
Everyone says how much Grey's sucks now but I'm the dork on the edge of my seat still. I'm blinded by my love for them. Example: The twist with Arizona at the end of the last episode. I'm the only person who didn't see it coming and gasped aloud with relief while clutching my pillow.

I was pretty happy also when they flashed to Arizona at the end of that last episode. I told DH that Callie seems to have no luck, so I was happy when someone else wasn't taken from her.
Meanwhile, I'm totally with Christina - bad things happen at that hospital. It's time for everyone to move on.

I am super excited for netflix and the lifetime Christmas movie season to start. WE WILL WATCH CHEESEY CHRISTMAS MOVIES TOGETHER! ETA- My life is complete with a camel ass slap!
I wanted to show my friend the video of Tilly garbling, but I couldn't find the link, so I loaded it on her phone through the thread here. Then I had to delete her phone internet history so she wouldn't find the board.
I didn't see the twist with Arizona coming, either! And I was so relieved that she was alive. I'm excited to see her play dark and twisty for a change. I think the show has changed a lot, but I don't think it sucks. I think it's grown up with its doctors, instead of staying stagnant. But the number of terrible things that happen to their doctors is completely ridiculous, and I'm glad that Cristina acknowledged that fact.
Confession: I've been watching the new 90210 on Netflix. Canadian Netflix doesn't have nearly as good a selection as the American one, especially for TV shows. That's one of the only popular current TV shows available on it. As I watch each episode I think how bad and over-the-top it all is. And then I watch another. And another.

It's on DVR. DH is at a party tonight and I'm waiting to watch it with him.
Not because I'm nice, just because I don't want to have to watch the same thing twice and he doesn't get much tv time without me and already has Formula 1 DVRd.
It's a new show on the CW. I guess it is based on a comic about a billionaire who is presumed dead in a boating accident, and finds his way back home and decides to save the city. That is the basic premise. The first espisode is well done. Try it!
Also it's filmed here and I like identifying locations.
Yeah I think he probably just doesn't want Tilly walking up to random people saying "what a beautiful pussy you are." Personally I think that would be hilarious.
I can still remember when I was five and had just learned a new song about pussy willow (is that one word or two?). I was singing it all the time and my brother's friends (about 9 years old) were laughing at me and making fun of me and I had no clue why. I still know the song, but I don't think I'll teach it to Lily.
