By the way, this is the first time I've ever heard the phrase, "cut on the heat." I have been living beneath a rock! (Explains all the fashion problems, too.)
Me too.
I am in MN, and we have had the heat on a couple of times, but not regularly.
Not yet. We live in a large condo building- 1st floor, but it is only 5 years old so it retains the heat really well. It's 69 in here now. We're just south of Boston.

Not yet. We're in NJ and it's been chilly. The house has dipped down to 58 a few times, but gets up to 61-62 during the day. I usually set the heat to 60, so not turning it on until it stays below 60 during the day (overnight we can wear warm pjs and have blankets in bed). Hoping not to turn it on before 11/1. Tomorrow is supposed to warm up to 70 and then mid-upper 60s all week so we should be good.
Not yet. We've had a warm fall, though it's definitely cooling down.
We went to an open house today and they had the heat set to 81! Omfg I about died.
81 OMG! That's insane! We were at my ILs tonight and it was set to 72 and I was dying because of how warm I was... and I was in short sleeves! I can't imagine 81 inside somewhere!
Kinda. We were in NC last week and were freezing our asses off so we turned it on....it was about 55-60 degrees haha. Someone said to H "you're not from around here are you?" Umm... we grew up in NC haha. Just always cold. We won't be turning the heat on in Florida until January.

The high today is 88 - We are still crankin' the a/c down to 73 at night. I don't think we turned the heat on until December last year... The heat seems to be hanging out a lot longer this year than last year.
Ours is on. We've had a few nights in the 20s here in MN. Our house hadn't actually gotten that cold (the lowest it got was 64). We have good insulation.
But, since our house is on the market and we want to sell it, we figured we should turn the heat on so it's comfortable for people coming to look at it.

yep, we have an infant and 3 year old. Our heat has been on since our house hit 60 degrees at night w/o the heat. We keep it at 67 degrees at night and bundle up!
