What you have sounds good but it's all breakfast. To make it brunch you need some lunch items. Chicken and tuna salad (or standard deli meats) on mini croissants, veggie tray, salad, cheese tray, green salad, caprese salad, stuff like that. Little lox and cream cheese crostini would be a cute addition, or cold shrimp with cocktail sauce.
ETA: And no, bacon is always preferable to ham on a breakfast menu.

I'm not a ham eater but I LOVE bacon! Drink sounds fine. Mimosas are also good but similar to Fuzzy Navels so don't think it is really necessary to add. Bloody Mary's are also traditionally brunch but more of an acquired taste

I know, I should probably just call it a breakfast shower, lol! I'm thinking it'll probably start around 11ish.
I'm planning my sis's bridal shower. It will be a brunch. This is what I came up with. How does it sound?
French toast Mini Quiche Fruit Cups Bacon Biscuits/jam donut holes Hashbrowns
Hot cocoa/coffee bar- will have fun stuff, such as different syrups/marshmallows, etc Fuzzy Navels
Any other drink recs?
Oh, and DH is arguing with me saying that ham would be better than bacon. He's crazy right?
I would cut the donuts, biscuits and the hash browns. You need something more brunch-y. Add a fruit platter instead of fruit cups. A big platter will be pretty and look fresh. Is the French toast a casserole? Do a bread basket with mixed breads and mini croissants. Consider some spreads. Then a veggie platter or roasted veggie platter. Bacon is fine. Or add mini cocktail sausages, too.
Not that you were looking for more trouble, but at my shower they had a fruit and yogurt bar. A big dish of yogurt and then fruit, berries, nuts, granola, chocolate sauce, maybe some honey, and some crushed candy. Dress up the yogurt, dip the fruit, whatever. It was awesome. It also provided a light option that was very nice.

Ooh yes, yogurt bar is awesome. Keep it simple with one bowl of mixed berries and one bowl of granola - candy and chocolate sauce don't really fit in with a brunch buffet, especially since you're presumably having cake or another dessert.

Whatever it is, just make sure you let people know. If you call it brunch, some people might eat breakfast and plan to have lunch-type food at the shower. So they should know they won't be able to do that.
French toast -I would ditch this Mini Quiche Fruit Cups Bacon Biscuits/jam - Keep and maybe ham biscuits? donut holes - I would ditch this Hashbrowns - I would ditch this
I like the yogurt bar idea I also agree that you need more lunch-type options Chicken salad/tuna salad/deli meat Grilled veggie tray Antipasto tray
