whose city has a popular festival in November?

DH and I want to plan a long weekend trip; an outdoor festival of some sort to plan it around would be great. We're flexible on locations.

Any suggestions?

I will plug San Antonio and the River Parade. Check it out with all the other November festivals. This is our best weather time of year too....

I don't know where you live, but I would totally go to the northeast and pick fresh apples off the trees in an orchard and enjoy that great weather. I gotta say, in November, SA can still be in the 80s.
