PIP your Halloween decorations!

I need ideas. If you can also add $$ spent, that would be great, as I have very little $ to spend on it.

So far, all I gathered up is last year's 3 candle holders that said 'boo' in it.

I don't have a PIP here at work, but we spent about $30 on pumpkins from a local farm. I also spent like $6 at Lowes on 3 small striped pumpkins.

I spent $4 on felt to make fall flowers for my jute wreath. I just took the summer ones off and switched those out.

That's really it, I don't do a ton of fall decorating except for getting pumpkins for the front porch.

I'm going with my friend tomorrow night to pick up supplies for decorations. Right now, I just have a glittery black skeleton hanging on the door. Nothing too fancy. I think I'm painting pumpkins with my niece this weekend.
