Not trying to be rude but if I were coming for a shower around 11/12 I would expect more food than that. The apps sound fine but quiche would not be enough for lunch for me. Can you do one of the sandwich rings from the grocery store or something?
It is so interesting to me how groups differ. My initial thought was that this is way too much food for 15 women at 11am. Morning/early afternoon bridal showers in my circle almost always consist of quiche, spinach salad, and maybe some fruit or pastries. And champagne, wine, and mimosas. No other sides, no apps.
She knows her guests so maybe quiche is enough lunch but my crowd would be starving.
Now I'm curious - what would you serve to your crowd? And how much of it?
I would start sy noon with the apps chips, dip, cheese and crackers veggie Tray. Then probably have , baked ziti, salad, meatballs around 1 and then dessert. Like i said, crowds differ, mine would expect more than just quiche.

This isn't that much different than what OP is offering in terms of number of dishes. She's having chips, dip, veggie tray, cheese ball and crackers. Then the main meal is quiche, salad, and a potato side. And then dessert.
i would add some sort of deli sandwich or something. Its a lunch so I would not expect a dinner or anything.
For my friends shower, I had a cheese plates, crackers, fruits/veggies, soup, salad, some sort of macaroni and some sandwiches. W/ pastries, coffee, soda, water and wine. I know this goes back/forth on here, but you don't have to have a lot of food, its just a shower luncheon.
Mom still wants to do soup. We'll probably do soup, quiche, roasted potatoes, and a green salad, with the appetizers.
Italians. lol. In my hometown, which is heavily Italian, there would also be chicken, sausage and peppers, potatoes, wedding soup, and salad. Full spread regardless of the occasion or time of day. And there might be lasagna or manicotti instead of ziti at any given event, you know, because it wasn't heavy enough.
And the modified meal is fine; it's enough that people can forgo soup if they don't want to carry it around. Just do an advance check to make sure the bowls don't slide around on the trays or your mom will be cleaning soup out of her furniture and carpets.
